US SHIPPING
Depending on your items and location, shipping will be either/or a combination of 'paid for at checkout', 'paid for post purchase' or 'free shipping'.
NON-US SHIPPING
Due to the handcrafted nature of many of our items, special packaging and processes are undertaken to ensure safe shipping and arrival to your habitat of choice. We can only determine actual shipping charges when the item is ready, and we know its destination. Any additional custom duty taxes may be billed by third-party courier services and are passed directly to the customer.
RUGS
All of our rugs are available for immediate shipping (via air) from our overseas warehouse for a additional cost of between $500 - $1000 USD, (+/-) dependent on size & weight.
FINE ART
Our fine art is available for immediate dispatch (via air or sea) from the artists’ studios. They will co-ordinate with you regarding delivery, insurance requirements and costs of such.

Every MADE object is created upon purchase. This is true both of ‘off shelf’ and customizations. We’ll let you know where we are in the process, from production to delivery. For our hand-crafted products that’s approximately 16 weeks. Given the special materials and craftsmanship in each product, manufacturing window is approximately 6-8 weeks. Further time may be needed due to material availability and or customizations. Standard shipping(by sea) to our US warehouse typically takes 6-8 weeks including customs clearance and container allocation.
To reduce shipping costs, we may batch and consolidate orders, which can extend shipping duration. Faster options by air are available upon request. For non-US destinations shipping costs from our US warehouse are dependent on your method of shipment, weight, volume and destination.
SOUGHT items, often in-stock, are delivered to the US, by air, within 3-4 weeks. You may find that some SOUGHT items are delivered in partner packaging, a result of our collaboration with artisans across the US,Asia, and Europe. Shipping costs from our Partner warehouses to your desired destination are not included in your item price. For non-US destinations all shipping costs are further dependent on method of shipment, product weight, volume and of course, destination.
Our FOUND items are shipped from our overseas warehouse. Standard shipping (by sea) to the US typically takes 6-8 weeks. Faster shipping options by air are available upon request. All shipping costs are additional and not included in the ‘piece price’. For non-US destinations shipping costs are further dependent on method of shipment, weight, volume and destination.
