Scheduling your delivery

Once the item(s) has/ have been processed for shipping, our logistics team will provide you with a tracking number(s) for your shipped item(s). When you have the number, please tell us of any delivery instructions, such as: narrow driveways, restricted delivery times, entry codes, proof of insurance that’s required for condominiums, multiple staircases, or pets with a temper.

Preparing for your delivery

For a successful delivery, please ensure you have measured and have confirmed with us that the items will fit through doorways, stairways, elevators, and tricky corners.

What to expect on delivery day

An adult (18+) must be present to accept and inspect the items. In the event of any defect or damage, please contact us right away. 

We’ll work with you to choose one of two options:

1) Basic Delivery ~ The item(s) will be delivered to your door.It is then your responsibility to unpack (the exciting bit), assemble and then place it in your chosen habitat (another exciting bit). It’s your responsibility also discard any packing and shipping materials, before your cat claims them.

2) White Glove Delivery ~ Where White Glove delivery is possible, we can offer this elite delivery option for a reasonable charge. The independent service provider will unpack, inspect, assemble and place the items in your choice of location. Please note that they’re unable to assemble lighting, and other restrictions may apply. Packing materials will be removed. We ask that you inspect the item(s) before they leave. They are not permitted to move existing furniture, so please make room for them.
