For non-custom items, no modifications are possible. For custom items, modifications of any kind are only possible before the product is in production. We keep you notified of your order’s progress, so if there is an opportunity to modify aspects of your order, we will do our very best to accommodate.
For all non-custom orders, you have 7 days from the date of order payment to cancel the order. Cancellations are not possible once the order is in production. For non-custom, in-stock items, cancellations are not possible, once the item(s) have been shipped. For custom orders, all sales are final and no cancellations are possible.
There are no minimum order sizes, for non-custom or custom items.
For non-custom products, we indicate all manufacturing lead times on each product page. We will notify you directly in case the lead times need to be extended, due to material supply or other production related issues. For all custom orders, our talented concierge team will keep you notified on all product progress, from production to shipping and final delivery.
For all orders, non-custom and custom, our logistics team will provide all tracking details on your products, from shipment to delivery.
