We understand there are circumstances that solicit a change of mind. We offer refunds on non-custom items within the first 7-days of item purchase. Refunds are assessed back to the original form of payment, minus a 30% restocking fee. For custom orders, all sales are final and no returns are possible.
For all non-custom orders, we may be able to offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please send in an email request to in@contextofthings.com with your order number and item(s) you would like to exchange. We will make every effort to offer you an exchange, where possible.
